Award of the CLASSE EXPORT 2009

Vincent Belorgeot, CEO of Corima Technologies, Frederick De Stoutz, CEO of Actini Gaddas and Kamel, CEO of Winsoft.

The names are Corima Technologies Winsoft and Actini. Three companies in the Rhone-Alpes district with different business fields but which converge on one point: a very strong progress in export.

During the International Forum CLASSE EXPORT (1st and 2nd December at Eurexpo, LYON), the three midsized companies received the CLASSE EXPORT trophies which yearly rewards companies that are distinguished by a steady growth of their export turnover.

These midsized companies are independent and arn't subsidiaries of larger groups.

In the category of - 10 million € turnover, Corima Technologies (CA 2.5 M €, 25 employees) has been rewarded.

The company in the DROME region specialized in design, development and manufacture of moulds for complex parts realizes 70% of its turnover from exports. Most of its customers are in the aerospace field: Airbus, Eurocopter, HAL, "the competitor of Eurocopter in India. We mainly work directly with our customers," said Vincent Belorgeot, CEO. "We will seek our own markets. We travel a lot. We started from very small in export, since it represented only 5% of our turnover in 2002. Behind these figures lies a special strategy of export development: "We don’t have a lot of competitors" continues Vincent Belorgeot. "We could not confine ourselves to domestic markets”. Highlighting innovative technology, participation at exhibitions, business development with the help of Coface, bilingual website, joining of the Aerospace cluster...

Corima Technologies has the opportunity to conquer markets abroad. Their customers are based in Europe, Israel, India, Malaysia, South Korea and Brazil, and are focusing to China today.

On the 1st of December at the EUREXPO at LYON, the international Forum CLASSE EXPORT has recognized three companies in the Rhone Alpes district for their international success.
