The electroforming process allows the deposit of several millimetres of pure metal (Nickel or Copper) on to a model. This deposited metal coating will be removed from the model to obtain a mould or part.
The electroforming process is achieved at the scale of an atom and allows a very accurate reproduction of models.
The company has two electroforming units to mainly produce electrolytic deposition of nickel and copper to obtain molds of footprints, complex tools, and technical parts.
